Service Description
SnoopBox is an Instagram activity tracking service that monitors public Instagram profiles and sends you alerts when changes occur. We track new follows, followers, unfollows, and unfollowers for the profiles you choose to monitor.
Acceptable Use
By using SnoopBox, you agree to:
- Track only public Instagram profiles
- Not use our service for scraping, automation, or bulk data collection
- Not attempt to reverse engineer or abuse our API
- Use the service for personal monitoring purposes only
Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.
Instagram Terms of Service
By using SnoopBox, you acknowledge that you are responsible for compliance with Instagram's Terms of Service. We monitor publicly available data only, but you should ensure your use of our service aligns with Instagram's policies.
Subscriptions and Billing
SnoopBox is a paid subscription service offering unlimited Instagram profile tracking with hourly checks and instant alerts. Subscriptions are billed weekly or yearly through our payment processor. All prices are displayed before checkout.
Refund Policy
Weekly Subscription
Due to the short billing cycle, weekly subscriptions are non-refundable. You can cancel anytime to prevent future charges.
Yearly Subscription
Yearly subscriptions are eligible for a pro-rated refund if requested within the first 15 days of purchase. After 15 days, no refunds will be issued.
To request a refund, email hello@snoopbox.app with your account email and reason for the refund request.
Service Availability
We provide our service on a best-effort basis. While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Instagram may change their platform or API at any time, which could affect our ability to track profiles. We are not liable for any service disruptions caused by third-party changes.
Disclaimers
SnoopBox is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
- 100% accuracy of tracking data
- Real-time updates (we perform hourly checks)
- Continuous availability of the service
- Compatibility with future Instagram changes
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnoopBox and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Account Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by emailing hello@snoopbox.app. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We'll notify you of significant changes via email.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SnoopBox operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
